Objective: Review vocabulary and grammar for first 8 Chapters of Ecce Romani. Demonstrate understanding of the elements of a sentence (transitive, intransitive verb; singular and plural of verb; singular and plural of nouns.)

EQ: why is it essential to determine the function of nouns and adjectives in order to choose the correct ending?

Objective: review noun ending and the dative case for nouns. Dative is primarily used for indirect objects.

EQ. What is an indirect object?  What are the dative endings for first, second and third declensions. (see pages 186-188; and preposition word wall) What prepositions govern the ablative case?
